As a Google Cloud-certified technology professional, Alfred leads Serala Lab Intelligence’s technology strategy, cloud infrastructure architecture, enterprise systems integration, and cybersecurity infrastructure. His multidisciplinary expertise supports the design and implementation of secure, scalable, and reliable technology ecosystems, with a focus on cloud security, infrastructure resilience, and the protection of critical business systems. He plays a central role in integrating enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud innovation, and emerging artificial intelligence technologies to deliver robust, future-ready solutions that support business growth and digital transformation.

Drawing on experience working with marketing agencies, developing marketing strategies, and managing client relationships, she leads Serala Lab Intelligence’s commercial growth and market positioning.
